With coding skills in high demand, parents want their kids prepared for a secure future and high-paying jobs. Geeklama’s curriculum for ages 6–17 equips students with valuable skills that lead to real results—80% improve their grades, and junior developers can earn $3,000–$4,500 monthly. We recommend ages 8–10 start with Scratch, 11–13 with Roblox or Minecraft, and 14–17 with Python.
1
Scratch Coding (Ages 8-10)
Introduce your child to coding! Scratch is a kid-friendly coding language that’s block-based and visual (like virtual LEGOs). Kids will learn coding and CS fundamentals while building games they can play and share with friends.
2
Minecraft Coding Quests(Ages 11-13)
Using block-based coding and creative challenges, kids will build, explore, and collaborate in a virtual Minecraft world. They'll gain coding and computational thinking skills while creating adventures they can share and play with friends.
3
Roblox Game Builders(Ages 11-13)
kids will dive into the world of 3D game design and programming using the Lua language. They’ll learn how to create their own interactive games, design 3D objects, and bring their imagination to life.
4
Python Explorers(Ages 14-17)
For the creative, the gamer, or the mathematician, Python is a powerful and widely used coding language. In this course, students programmatically generate graphic art and build a game while learning Python fundamentals.
5
Web development
They’ll be introduced to the basics of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript—the building blocks of the web. Through hands-on projects, kids will design web pages, add interactive elements, and bring their ideas to life online. This course is perfect for budding designers and developers who want to learn how websites work and create sites they can share with friends and family!
"The blend of fun and education is exactly what he needed. The interactive classes and creative projects he works on are developing his life skills in the most engaging way. And seeing his pride after completing each project is truly the best reward for us both."
By working on real-world projects, your child will develop a love for learning, making homework and schoolwork less of a challenge
No More Homework Battles And Feeling Like "Bad" Parent
Beyond just coding skills, we help your child build confidence, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities that improve their grades and future opportunities
Typically, our beginning coders ages 7-10 start in Scratch, any beginning coders 11+ start in Minecraft or Roblox. If your child already has some coding experience, please let us know when you sign up so we can sign them up for the appropriate level.
Yes. This is the part of learning that the children subsequently describe as the most exciting part of the course: they enjoy coming up with their own projects! You might believe that the child is simply having fun. But he doesn't just play games; he learns a full-fledged programming language and consolidates the content he's already mastered.
We recommend a commitment of 9 to 12 months in Geeklama’s program to see meaningful progress and skill development. Most parents notice a positive change in their child's school grades after just 12 lessons, and with continued learning, students gain deeper understanding, confidence, and a strong foundation in coding and problem-solving skills. This time frame allows your child to fully benefit from our curriculum and achieve lasting results.
To join a class, you need to have a computer or laptop with Internet access. We provide all the materials for the lessons, give simple instructions on how to prepare for the lesson, and install the necessary software. Problems are unlikely, but just in case, our support team and teachers will always come to your aid.
Getting started is easy! Begin by scheduling a free trial class, where we’ll help you check all technical requirements and assess your child’s current knowledge level. This allows us to recommend the best course tailored to your child’s skills and learning needs. It’s a great way to experience our program and see how Geeklama can support your child's growth in coding and academics.
A Computer / laptop with a webcam (tablets and iPads are not suitable). Google account (Gmail mail) and Chrome / Opera browser are required.
